Submit your refund request for your kiosk purchase by emailing info@etixnow.com. Be sure to include your order number in your message, which is indicated on your tickets and is a seven-digit number that starts with a 9.
Please have your KIOSK refund requests submitted by Wednesday, May 20, 2020, for prompt processing.
